Professional Experience
Mr. Chen started his professional career in Intellectual Property in 2001. Before 2001, he took a position as a chief designer of the designing institute of The Ministry of Railways of the PRC over two years. Due to his technical development experience, he is capableof well understanding the technical solutions of clients.
Mr. Chen has ever worked in two domestic famous IP firms before he Joined in JIZHIIP 2014.
Mr. CHEN has prosecuted many patent applications for domestic and foreign clients. Specially, Mr. CHEN is good at handling patent procedures and accumulating rich experience on patent drafting and procurement, examination and granting.
