Professional Experience:

Prior to joining JIZHIIP, he worked as a patent attorney in the IP in-house Department of China National Nuclear Corporation for over ten years, practiced as a patent attorney.  Then he worked in the Law Offices of Jiahe for few years ,as an attorney and a consultant for few native enterprises, and mainly being responsible for routine works of its IP department, including PCT and Paris Convention patent applications, patent reexamination and litigation, Madrid International Registration, copyright registration, customs record, etc. 2002-2015, Mr. Guan has worked as a senior patent attorney of China Sinda IP. Ltd and had a duty of training for its patent department.

Mr. Guan has over thirty years patent experience in the fields of electronics, semiconductors, computer software and network technologies, etc. He started his IP practice in 1986, drafted a great deal of patent applications in the field of electric, computer software-related and mechanics.  He experiences each of the changes of the Chinese Patent Laws and has a tremendous rich experience in Chinese patent practice and PCT, etc. He also handled some of patent litigations, including invalidation and infringement, before the Patent Re-examination Board and court.
