Professional Experience

 Mr. Chen has practiced in Intellectual Property field for 12 years, and has worked as an examiner in the Patent Office of the State Intellectual Property Office of China.

 Mr. Chen worked at Beijing Deqi Law Corporation in 2007. In the course of his career as a patent attorney, Mr. Chen has dealt with a great amount of patent applications and prosecution issues covering the technical fields including computer science, telecommunication, image processing, electrics, electronics and semiconductor, general mechanism and material technology etc. Moreover, he has participated in several patent lawsuits including patent infringement and patent invalidation. He has served many clients, including Huawei, Tencent, HP, Siemens, SMIC, Hyundai, China Mobile, Datang and Lenovo, and therefore obtained extensive experience in patent prosecution, reexamination and invalidation.
